  • Will Smith isn't a good fit. If you’re going with the WWII setting your doing Isaiah Bradley’s story not Steve Rogers. If you’re saying that Captain America is a modern character then maybe, but that doesn't seem to fit in with Marvels announced plans.

    This is why casting is harder than people think. You cant just plug in any actor into any role. Its good to have Smith considered but will it happen probably not.

  • Honestly, I have no problem with colorblind casting, but Will Smith is not Cap. Pay out and get someone like Brad Pitt, Matthew McConaughey, or even some unknown blue eyed blond actor. Colorblind casting was okay for the Kingpin, but it won't work in this case unless like Bedlam said they are going to do Isaiah Bradley. This one should be left alone.
