Howard's agent saw an opportunity to cash in on Terrance's newly found mainstream fame.  If Marvel wasn't going to offer him a multiple movie contract which anyone who knows about superhero movies, his agent should have insisted on such a contract, then he should have negotiated a right of first refusal contract, or a multiple movie contract with a buyout.  &lt;br&gt;More than likely what happened is that they had a signed deal for more than one movie, with the salary to be negotiated.  Since salary is an essential term, if the parties can't agree then there is no contract, and time is usually of the essence.  And Terrance is being disingenuous when he says Marvel isn't honoring their contract.  If he didn't want to take the offer they made, then its just as much his fault as theirs.
